The Property includes an existing driveway at the intersection of Concord Road and Middlesex Turnpike. The proposed Project will include the construction of a ±197,900 GSF Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) lab building, parking areas, utilities to accommodate the proposed building, and installation of new stormwater management features. The Project will provide a substantial stormwater management system which includes treatment of new impervious area as well as a reduction in peak rates of runoff.
