Howe School
The Howe School project is being awarded the Mayor Thomas M. Menino Legacy Award from Preservation Massachusetts this coming June.
The Mayor Thomas M. Menino Legacy Award celebrates projects that are transformative, catalytic, embrace the community, create partnerships, and revitalize the best of the past to make something good for the future.
Billerica Access Television (BATV) moved into the Howe School (390 Boston Road) in November of 2022. If you haven’t yet, make sure to stop by and check out the renovation and all the great work BATV does!

Memorial Day Volunteer Opportunity
Help Us Honor Our Veterans!
Every Memorial Day, our community comes together to respectfully decorate the graves of our local veterans with American flags. This meaningful tradition is a way for us all to pay tribute to the brave men and women who have served our country.
We are now recruiting volunteers to help with this solemn event over Memorial Day weekend. If you are available to donate your time, please fill out our volunteer sign-up form on the town’s website – www.BillericaVeteransServices.com
The volunteer sign-up form asks for your contact information, availability, and any special skills or supplies you may be able to contribute. We greatly appreciate your willingness to participate in this patriotic activity.

Health and Wellness Fair
Mark your calendars! In partnership with the India Association of Greater Boston (IAGB) the Town will be hosting a Health and Wellness Fair on May 19, 2024 in front of Town Hall.
A great opportunity for seniors, families, caregivers, or soon to be seniors to learn more about aging and resources available to them!

Town Meeting
Annual Spring Town Meeting begins Thursday May 9th at 7:00PM in the Town Hall Auditorium. For more information on the upcoming Town Meeting and to preview the Final Warrant, CLICK HERE. There are still vacancies in certain precincts, please call the Town Clerk (978-671-0924) to inquire about filling a vacancy and joining Town Meeting!

Spring cleanup has begun! The Town’s Yard Waste Collection begins April 22 and will continue for six weeks on your normal collection day.
