Update 4/25/25 – MassDOT scheduled Overnight Pavement Milling on Boston Road, from Cook Street to Burlington High School. Work begins Sunday, April 27th at 6pm and is scheduled nightly for approximately 2 weeks from Sunday evening through Friday morning between 6pm and 6am. Lane closures and traffic restrictions will be in place during the scheduled hours to allow crews to safely complete the milling operations. Work will begin at the northern end of the project area and proceed south. One lane of travel in each direction will be maintained at all times, and access to residences and businesses will be preserved. Appropriate signage, traffic details and advanced message boards will be in place to guide drivers through the work area. Drivers traveling through the affected areas should expect delays, reduce speed, and use caution. All work is weather dependent and subject to change.
